The Numbers Killer - Chapter 12 C College's Psych Dept
After having lunch, Bai Yutang drove over to the north gate of C University. The two of them alighted the car and Bai Yutang started surveying the area around the gate.
"Hey, Mouse! I'm going to class, you go do whatever!" Zhan Zhao got his materials and just as he was about to go inside——
"Wait!"
Bai Yutang grabbed him and continued, "I'm going in with you!"
Shock!
"What are you going in for?"
Bai Yutang smiled innocently and said, "You're teaching Criminal Psychology right? As an amazing detective, I can teach your students some stuff as well."
Zhan Zhao narrowed his eyes on Bai Yutang, "You suspect my students?"
Zhan Zhao narrowed his eyes on Bai Yutang, "You suspect my students?"
Bai Yutang continued to smile without responding. Then he put his arm around Zhan Zhao's shoulders and urged him inside while saying, "Generally speaking, the less one looks like they can be the perpetrator, the more likely they are to be one!"
"Is this that instinct of yours again?? Aren't you policemen all about the evidence? I'm someone who does Science! Not the author of some detective novel!" as he said that he tried to swat Bai Yutang's hand away, "Paws off!!"
Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao were used to messing around with one another since young, so they don't see anything strange about this. However, in the eyes of others, the way they wrestle with each other, coupled with Bai Yutang's cheeky smiles and Zhan Zhao's death glares sent his way...
"Dr. Zhan!"
A voice suddenly called out from behind them, "Do you need help?"
When they turned around, they were met with a bespectacled, gentle-looking young man holding on to a bunch of books. He was staring at Bai Yutang warily. Which Bai Yutang returned with a nonchalant smile.
Seeing that it's the Psychology student, Li Feifan, Zhan Zhao quickly shook his hands and explained, "Erh... no, we're friends."
"Oh..." Li Feifan nodded. He still gave Bai Yutang a doubtful glance before heading for the classroom.
"A student of yours?" Bai Yutang asked as he watched Li Feifan walk away with hurried steps.
"Un, he's called Li Feifan. He's the class monitor for Class 1 and is very good at his studies. He managed to get full scholarship last year." Zhan Zhao answered.
"..." Bai Yutang nodded his head meaningfully.
"What's up? Is there something wrong about him?" Zhan Zhao asked.
"Haha," Bai Yutang laughed before leaning in to whisper into Zhan Zhao's ear, "He's been staring at us since we got off the car, a full 10 minutes. So he should've known that we came together, shouldn't he?"
...!...
Zhan Zhao looked at Bai Yutang in surprise, "Really?"
Bai Yutang shrugged his shoulder's and added, "There are many others looking at us, other than him."
...?...
While Zhan Zhao was still processing that statement, earth-shattering screams could be heard overhead. The decibels were so high, it caused him to look up reflexively. Only to be greeted by the sight of girls crowding by the windows, with their heads peeking out. Excitedly looking down at him and Bai Yutang.
There's a saying that one girl was equivalent to 200 ducks. If that's the case, then there were at least a million ducks in this building. And their screams were attracting the attention of the entire campus...

"Teacher... Your boyfriend is so handsome..."
The words of the loudest girl in the course could be heard clearly and it turned Zhan Zhao's face white from anger. What's even more infuriating, was Bai Yutang taking off his sunglasses to flash the girls upstairs a charming smile.
"AaaaAAaah!!" And the screams increased by the two more octaves...
Zhan Zhao dragged the Bai Yutang, who was clearly enjoying himself a lot, into the building.
"Hahaha..." Bai Yutang almost doubled over in laughter, "Kitty, your students really knock my socks off!!"
"Shut up!" Zhan Zhao demanded as his face flushed bright red, "Get the hell out of here, white mouse! How do you expect me to teach here in the future??"
"Haha... It's best you stop teaching," Bai Yutang replied.
Just the thought of what happened was hilarious! Bai Yutang was basically wheezing from laughing too much, "These girls are even scarier than those patients of yours..."

Zhan Zhao clenched his teeth. As he was about to reach for his gun, a stern and cold reprimanding voice came from behind, "Dr. Zhan!"
Just the sound of the voice brought a frown to Zhan Zhao's face. When he turned around, he was met with two people standing behind him.
"Professor Xu, Dr. Zhang," Zhan Zhao greeted them a little awkwardly.

Bai Yutang looked at the two and saw that Professor Xu was a bald-headed, small old man in his fifties. He had the face of an academic and behind those thick glasses for shortsightedness, his beady eyes were staring right at Zhan Zhao. Displeasure plastered all over his skinny face.
The other, slightly younger one, was probably Dr. Zhang. He looked to be in his forties with his baby-face and appeared rather kind. Seeing Zhan Zhao greet them, he quickly returned it with a smile, "Dr. Zhan." And politely nodded at Bai Yutang.
"You haven't forgotten where this is, have you, Dr Zhan?" Professor Xu who had been pursing his lips asked harshly.
Zhan Zhao smiled uncomfortably but didn't respond, while Bai Yutang's expression had taken a 180.
Dr. Zhang, who was standing behind Professor Xu, hurriedly said, "Dr. Zhan, your class is about to begin."
"Ah, yes," Zhan Zhao quickly said his goodbyes and tried to escape. However, Professor Xu didn't seem to want to let it go just like that. He added unkindly, "As a teacher, a model for the students. While your academic background does play a part, you need to have good moral values as well. Your actions are a disgrace to the educated! Don't commit such shameful acts in a sacred place like a classroom!"
Zhan Zhao was already trying to drag Bai Yutang, who looked pissed off, away, but hearing Professor Xu's speech, he stopped in his tracks. No matter how mild and even-tempered he was, even he couldn't just take such humiliating words lying down.
Just as he was about to retort back, Bai Yutang who was standing by the side, suddenly asked, "Professor, what do you exactly do you mean by 'disgrace to the educated'?"
Professor Xu was stunned momentarily.
Bai Yutang immediately followed up with, "I wonder if you meant something like this?"
As he said that, he grabbed Zhan Zhao who was still standing in a daze and lowered his head to kiss him.
Amidst the girls' thundering screams, Bai Yutang's perfect demonstration of a french kiss, successfully raised Professor Xu's blood pressure, leading to a heart attack...
